Officer escorted Ashley Peaches into the Plumb Hall Room 405 to property.
Officer provided escort for Dr. Miracle from Plumb Hall to Market St.
Officer stopped Mo DC2S8H at 6th and Merchant for driving without headlights in the 10 Block of East 6th.
Kirsten Freeman was taken into custody for DUI and transported to the Lyon Co. jail.

Burglary Intrusion Trouble Alarm in William Allen White. Officer reset alarm.
Parking enforcement immobilized KS WCP271 in the Pavilion meters.
Officer assisted Lyon County Sheriff’s Office with lock out assistance for KS RAB477 at the Earl Center.
Paula Halvert reported child separated from parents in Sector 1. Officer made contact with parents and returned girl.
Officer assisted Emporia Police Department with a car stop at 1200 C of E Drive.
Resident of 1201 Triplett Drive reported a noise complaint. Officer contacted and advised occupants.
Officer stopped KS XMO296 in the 1700 block of Center for driving with no headlights. Subject was arrested for DUI and transported to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
Sept. 12
Officers responded to an Injury accident in Lot 1 between KS XGR247 and a Juvenile Bicyclist.
Angelo Webb was taken by Ambulance to Newman Regional Hospital for sports injury.
Officers responded to a 79 year old victim who had heat stroke at the North end of west stadium. Subject refused transport.
Officer stopped KS 516AFI at 14th and Merchant. Verbal warning given for driving left of center in the 10 block of W. 18th.
Officer stopped KS 964ACK in the 1200 block of Highland for Unlawful riding of a passenger. Olivia Borsdorf was arrested for DUI and MIC. Subject was transported to Lyon County Sheriff’s Office and confined.
Mike Mallory reported suspicious behavior north of I-35, Officers contacted subjects, no problem found.
Officers contacted two subjects fighting in the 200 block of East 12th. Hannah Burr was arrested for domestic battery and transported to the Lyon County jail.

Officer provided jump start assistance for KS497BRB in free parking.
Officer provided lock out assistance for KS 512AQM at 1686 Industrial.
Officer bonded Hannah Burr from the Lyon County Jail.
Whitney Robinson reported suspicious subjects at Singular taking photographs. Officer contacted subjects and found no problem.
Officer assisted the Emporia Police Department with an Auto Burglary in the 900 block of Sylvan.
Sept. 14
Parking Enforcement immobilized KS 356BKA in Kellog Circle.
Carol Blade reported suspicious odor in North Twin Towers Room 30.
Caleb Krehbiel and Ryan Lickteig were taken into custody and transported to Lyon Co. jail.
Parking Enforcement removed immobilizer from KS 356BKA in Kellogg Circle.
Officer bonded two subjects from Lyon County jail
Katrina Howell reported injury at the Student Recreation Center. Vincent Howze was transported by ambulance to Newman Regional Health.
ESU Apts 1201 Triplett Dr. Lights 14 and 56 are out and need replaced.

Officer stopped two bicyclists in 1100 Market. Verbal warning for one way violation.
Officer took accident report involving KS QSF544 and a campus Mule at 14th and Wooster Dr.
Officer responded to a non-injury accident at on private property at 13th and Cottonwood involving TX 538CVG and KS 489BNB.
Officer provided lock out assistance for KS personalized ‘GIFFIE’ at Trusler Sports Complex
Officer stopped KS XBQ915 in 1100 Exchange. Citation for speeding in 100 E 12th.
Officer stopped KS 172ASL at Merchant and Highland The Villas. Verbal warning for stop sign violation at I-35 and Merchant.
Officer checked KS PWQ169 on I-35 at mm130 southbound. Vehicle was unoccupied. No problem was found.
Female student reported an intoxicated classmate was driving from 10 W 8th back to campus. Officers were unable to locate.

Officer contacted disabled motorist at Highland and Merchant and escorted operator to obtain gasoline.

Officer stopped KS 628BJP at 12th and Commercial. Verbal warning for driving with no headlights
Officer checked two male subjects south of Butcher Education Center. One subject appeared to be in distress. No problem was found.
Kyle Anderson requested to speak with an officer at ESU PD HQ in reference to items taken from his vehicle over the weekend.
Officer checked Trusler Sports Complex. Secured the south yellow gate and chain link gate. Also secured both rest rooms, the concession stand and baseball coaches office, closed windows and shut off the television.
Officer checked the Earl Center. KS XTX235 and KS VQB398 were unoccupied in the parking lot.
