Parking Enforcement immobilized KS WPK790 in Lot 3.

Officer  provided lock out assistance for KS XEN079 in Lot 1.

Morse Hall zone 30 Fire. Fogger used for Halloween decoration set off the alarm. Mechanical error.

Officer checked Trusler Sports Complex.  Secured the west door of the Hanna Clubhouse and the south yellow gate.

Officer stopped KS 421BZX at 1201 Triplett Dr.  Verbal warning for defective tail light.

Officer stopped KS QRW485 in 200 W 12th.  Verbal warning for improper left turn in 1200 Merchant.

Officer stopped KS 032BHJ at 12^th and Merchant for reckless driving, driving left of center and speeding. Richard Alvarado was taken into custody for DUI and transported to Lyon Co. jail.

Officer escorted Daniel Timberlake from 12th and Merchant to 1830 E Hwy 50 Budget Host Inn.

Officer contacted skateboarders at 15th and Wooster Dr. and advised of campus policy.

Officer stopped KS 393BBE in 300 E 12th.  Verbal warning for speeding in 100 E 12th.

Officer stopped KS WMR322 in 1100 Union.  Citation for speeding in 100 E 12th.

Officer contacted several subjects west of South Twin Towers.  They were throwing pieces of pumpkin at each other.  No other problem was found.

Resident of ESU Apt. Complex 1201 Triplett Dr. reported two male subjects rummaging through the dumpster.  No problem was found.

Officer bonded out a prisoner from Lyon Co. jail.

Oct. 29

Officer stopped KS 70049 public transportation bus at 12^th and Chestnut  to check the welfare of the driver.  No problem was found.

Officer provided lock out assistance for KS 984ALY at 1500 Merchant.

Officer provided lock out assistance for KS 062BOG at 418 W 12^th.

Officer provided lock out assistance for KS WRU138 at 1031 Mary.

Officer escorted a female student from Sector 1 to the convenience store at 1829 Merchant to purchase gasoline and back to Sector 1.

Officer stopped KS 798AOL at 16^th and Highland.  Verbal warning for no tail lights.  Operator activated warning flashers and continued to residence at 1201 Triplett Dr.

Female student requested to speak with an officer by telephone in reference to a possible threat.

Oct. 30

Officer provided lock out assitance for KS 604BEC on Kellogg Circle.

Officer assisted Emporia Police Dept with a lock out for KS 556AOS at 2301 Industrial Rd.

Officer checked Trusler Sports Complex.  Secured men’s restroom, south yellow gate and south field gate.

Officer contacted occupant in KS 192BWG at the north compound.  No problem was found.

Officer stopped KS XBQ244 in 1300 Market.  Verbal warning for one way violation in 1400 Market.

Officer provided lock out assitance for KS 025BIK at 1027 Constitution.

Oct. 31

Officer provided lock out assitance for KS 514BJH in Sector 9.

Officer provided lock out assistance for TX BF8R063 in Sector 2.

Officer assisted KS TFQ282 at 1829 Merchant with an overheated engine.

Officer stopped TN 872TXC at 15th and Market.  Verbal warning for a one-way violation.

Officer stopped KS UTQ834 at 18th and Merchant.  Verbal warning for driving without headlights.

Officer provided assisted KS 133BWH at I-35 and Burlingame. Motorist had run out of fuel.

Officer stopped MO AP29V at I-35 and Merchant.  Verbal warning for driving without headlights.

Officer stopped KS 618BPW at 12th and Cottonwood.  Verbal warning for speeding in 100 E 12th.

Officer stopped KS 825AYD in Free Parking.  Citation

Noah Tasker taken into custody for MIP in 1200 Market and transported to Lyon Co. jail.

Officer stopped KS 028ALZ in 1100 Union.  David Delgado was taken into custody for DUI and no proof on insurance in 100 E 12th and transported to Lyon Co. jail.

Nov. 1

Officer provided lock out assistance for KS 116BPB at 1014 Market.

Ambulance responded to Plumb Hall-Albert Taylor Hall for a fall.  Female student was transported by ambulance to Newman Regional Health.

Officer stopped KS 625ARM in 100 W 12th.  Verbal warning for driving without headlights at 12th and Merchant.

Officer provided lock out assistance for KS 396AWA at 105 W 12th.

Officer assisted TX 56CRF3 at I-35 and Merchant.  Vehicle had blew a fuse and had no lights.

Officer assisted KS UOT563 in Free Parking.  Operator was having engine problems.

Officer checked all Blue Light Emergency telephones on campus. No problems were found.

Officer stopped KS 267BUS in 1100 Exchange.  Verbal warning for no tail lights in 300 E 12th.  Operator was able to repair his tail lights.

Nov. 2

Parking Enforcement immobilized KS WBH857 in Lot 11.

Parking Enforcement removed immobilizer from KS WBH857 in Lot 11.

Amanda Hoppenstedt reported a non-injury accident in Lot 3 involving KS802ACJ  and KS UTX598.

Officer provided lock out assitance for KS 749AWA at 11^th Mechanic.

Officer stopped WI 963ENB at 11^th Mechanic.  Verbal warning for a one way violation.

Officer provided lock out assistance for KS WLY923 at 415 E 12^th.

Officer stopped KS 110AOS in 1800 Merchant.  Verbal warning for illegally backing down the I-35 on-ramp at Merchant.

Nov. 3

Officer provided lock out assistance for KS 740BPW in 500 Merchant.

Alissa Hitzemann requested to speak with an officer in reference to a missing person.

Officer checked the Earl Center.  KS 093BOE was unoccupied in the parking lot.

A female graduate assistant reported a possible unauthorized person in Visser Hall.  Officers performed a building check but made no contact. Female subject was escorted by officers from the building to her vehicle.
