Officer found KS 982AFI in the alley of 1300 Highland.

Officer reported non-injury accident at 700 Merchant. Insurance information was exchanged.

Elaine Henry reported suspicious activity in Union Square. Officer contacted subject.

Officer provided lock out assistance for KS 503ABE at 3601 W. 18th.

Officer reported non-injury accident between KS 683BWG and QPE745 in sector 1. Insurance information was exchanged.

Officers responded to the west side ticket booth where female student had fallen out of her wheelchair and injured her head and hip.

Ambulance responded to the west side ticket booth to assist the female student.  The woman was transported to Newmans Regional Health.

Officer assisted Dawn Zimmerman with jump starting KS 657AWS.  Jump start was unsucessful.

Officer provided lock out assitance for Erin Tuttle KS UPA284 at Starbucks.

Officers assisted Emporia Police Department with an accident at 12th and Merchant.

Officer assisted Emporia Police Department with a loud party at 1533 Merchant St.

Officer checked welfare of occupants of KS 480AWA North of I-35. Subjects were walking the trails.

Officer stopped KS 296BPW at 1400 Merchant. Verbal warning was given for speed in the 10th block of East 12th.

Officer assisted Emporia Police Department with a car stop in the 10th block of East 12th.

Officer assisted Emporia Police Department with a fight in the 10th block of West 11th.

Officer secured the East, West and South doors of Beach Music Hall.

Officer checked Earl Center.  Kansas 512BBE was parked in the parking lot.

Officer provided escort for a female student from King Hall to Trusler.

Parking Enforcement immobilized KS WNL806 in Lot 11.

Officer stopped KS XRE985 at 14th and Market. Citation for stop sign violation at the same location.

Officer provided lock out assistance for KS 421BZX at 1308 E 10th.

Officer provided lock out assistance for KS 348BJQ 2326 Industrial Rd-Radio Shack.

Officer stopped KS WGH213 in 1300 Merchant.  Verbal warning for defective headlight in the same location.

Officer provided lock out assistance for KS QVG789 at 1114 Exchange.

Parking Enforcement immobilized KS 496RNC in Lot 5.

Parking Enforcement immobilized KS VRS359 in Lot 1.

Brandon Depew requested to speak with an officer at ESU PD HQ in reference to using the tunnel under I-35 in a photo shoot.

Cass Coughlin requested welfare check for female student in the Twin Towers Complex.

Faculty member requested a welfare check for female student in Abigail Morse Hall.  No problem was found.

Officer provided lock out assistance for KS VPQ766 at 1829 Merchant.

Officer stopped KS personalized ‘BEBS’ in 1500 Market.  Verbal warning for careless driving in 1400 Market.

Officer checked welfare of female student in Free Parking.  Her vehicle registration is expired.  No other problem was found.

Officer contacted a male subject walking on Kellogg Circle and advised of campus alcohol policy.  Officer confiscated several cans of beer.

Nov. 11

Officer admitted Jodie Leiss into her office in the HPER building.

Officer provided escort for the Kansas Army National Guard from Armory to 4th and Merchant.

Officer provided jump start assistance for KS WBX040 in 1400 Highland.

Officer checked KS XFT023 in free parking.  The dome light was on.  No other problem was found.

Officer checked OK 628FGR in Sector 3.  The headlights were still on.  The operator was still in the vehicle talking on her cellular telephone.
