Officer escorted subject from Visser Hall to 1201 Triplett Dr., back to Visser Hall and then back to1201 Triplett Dr.

Officer talked to a disturbed female subject in Sector 8.

Officer mounted snow tires on vehicle 2517.

Officer assisted a motorist who had ran out of fuel at 15^th and State.

Officer escorted male subject from 15^th and State to 105 W 12^th for gasoline and back to 15^th and State.

Officer stopped OK 545JGF at 12^th and Commercial.  Verbal warning for driving with no headlights at 12^th and Merchant.

Officer escorted a female student from Twin Towers Complex to King Hall.

Officer checked the welfare of a male subject standing out in the snow at 1201 Triplett Dr.  No problem was found.  Subject is a resident of ESU Apt.

Officer stopped KS UTS555 in 10 W 12^th.  Verbal warning for an obstructed windshield.

Officer assisted a vehicle in 200 E 15^th that was experiencing difficulty operating on the snow.

Officer escorted a female student from King Hall to Singular/Trusler Complex.

Officer stopped KS 202AFT at 13^th and Merchant.  Verbal warning for a stop light violation at 12^th and Merchant.

Officer assisted a vehicle stuck in the snow from traffic lanes in 1500 Wooster Dr.

Officer provided lock out assistance for KS VXV253 on 1106 East.

Officer provided jump start assistance for a vehcile in Sector 6.

Officer provided jump start assistance for KS WUW534 in Sector 2.

Dwight Russell reported a non-injury accident involving KS WUW534 at 10 W 18^th

Officers assisted Emporia Police Dept with a domestic dispute at 707 Commercial.

Officers assisted Emporia Police Dept with a verbal fight in progress in 900 Oak.

Officer stopped LA RXB547 in 10 W 15^th.   Ctiation for careless driving, speed to high for conditions, running a stop sign, DUI and leaving the scene of an accident. Alan Whipple was taken into custody and transported to Lyon Co. jail.

Officer escorted a female student from ESU PD HQ to Southeast Morse Hall.

Officer provided lock out assistance for KS WRX858 at 518 Mechanic.

Officer assisted Emporia Police Dept. with a traffic problem at 9^th and Merchant.

Officer took a report of a non-injury accident which occurred the day previous.

Ambulance responded to ESU Apt. E-52 1201 Triplett Drive for an infant with touble breathing. The child was transported by ambulance to Newman Regional Health.

Officer stopped KS 177AAW in 1000 Whittier.  Verbal warning for driving without headlights in 1000 E 12^th

Officer stopped KS 935AXF at 1700 Highland.  Verbal warning for defective tail light, in1800 Highland.

Feb. 1

Officer provided lock out assistance for MO FD9C7M in Sector 2.

Officer provided lock out assistance for KS WPH100 at 18^th and Merchant.

Officer provided lock out assistance for KS 640AHM in Sector 2.

Officer took a report of criminal damage to property at Roosevelt Hall.

Officer checked KS WTB543 at 1700 Rural.  The dome light was on.  No other problem was found.  Officer also checked QSG227.  It belonged in the area.

Feb. 2

Officer assisted Emporia Police Dept. with locating a student.  Officers made no contact.

Officer assisted Emporia Police Dept. while they served a warrant in the vicinity of 900 Merchant.
