Twin Towers Complex Reception reported a male subject breaking a window out of a vehicle in Sector 7.Alexander Neis was taken into custody for alleged Criminal Damage, MIC, Obstruction of Justice and Resisting Arrest, and transported to Lyon Co. jail.

Officers were out at 136 W 12th The Kappa Sigma Fraternity House to investigate a possible case of hazing.  No contact was made.

Officer stopped three bicyclists in 1800 Highland.  Verbal warning for riding with no front lights.
