April 15

Officer transported male student from Student Health Center to Newman Regional Health.

Officer provided lock out assistance for WA 879WMN in Morse Hall Complex loading zone.

Ambulance responded to Plumb Hall for a fall.  Subject was transported by ambulance to Newman Regional Health.

Officer stopped KS 931CHS in the alley between 1100 Market and 1100 Merchant.  Verbal warning for speeding in 10 E 12th.

Officer stopped KS XOC987 at 15th and Merchant.  Citation for speeding in 10 W 12th.

April 16

Officer provided lock out assistance for KS VRS942 at 1839 Merchant.

Officer stopped KS QSL394 in Sector 7. Verbal warning was given for one way violation at 100 East 16th. Robert Krahn was arrested for an alleged warrant and transported by Emporia Police Department. Rebecca Butner was arrested for an alleged Minor In Consumption and transported to Lyon County Sheriff’s Office where she was processed and released.

Officer responded to a noise complaint at 1201 Triplett. Residents of A4 were contacted and advised to turn their music down.
