Jing Hong, an exchange student from Beijing, China, packs food bags for elementary students from food insecure homes in the community at the Emporia Gazette office yesterday afternoon. ESU American Democracy Project students, ESU tennis team members and community members volunteered. They collected 739 bags of food and packed 280.
